How do you price engagements?
We offer both fixed-scope and hourly engagements. For well-defined projects (e.g., a specific integration, a document automation build, an implementation with a clear requirements doc) we quote a fixed price with milestones. For ongoing support, evolving roadmaps, or investigative work we bill hourly with a weekly cap so there are no surprises. Every quote includes a written scope, timeline, and deliverables before any work starts.
What is the typical engagement size?
We’ve delivered everything from 20-hour Apex bug-fixes to 600+ hour multi-cloud implementations. Most of our work sits in the US$5K–$50K range over 4–16 weeks. We’re comfortable on either side of that — smaller one-off integrations or longer embedded engagements with larger teams.
Which timezones do you support?
We’re based in Gandhinagar, India (IST) and routinely work with clients in US (all timezones), Australia, and Costa Rica. We overlap live with US East Coast mornings, Australia afternoons, and Europe through the day. Async Slack / Loom / email is our default; live calls are scheduled where needed.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs, DPAs, and client-specific MSAs before any sensitive information is shared. For regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government) we’re accustomed to background checks, security questionnaires, and restricted sandbox access. Our parent entity, JBAC Innovations Pvt Ltd, is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

What does post-launch support look like?
Every delivery includes 2–4 weeks of warranty support (bug-fixes, minor tweaks) at no extra cost. After that, most clients retain us on a monthly AMS (Application Managed Services) bucket — typically 20–60 hours/month for enhancements, admin support, and release management. You own your org; we’re there when you need us.
How do you handle code quality and releases?
Production-ready code means 75%+ Apex test coverage (we aim for 85%+), PMD static analysis, and code reviews on every PR. Deployments go through a Git-based CI/CD pipeline across Dev → DevPS → UAT → Production sandboxes using SFDX. Every release ships with release notes and rollback steps.
Can you work with our existing team or consultants?
Absolutely. We frequently embed into existing client teams — attending standups, using your ticket tracker (Jira, Asana, Linear, Azure DevOps), pairing with in-house admins, or handing off to internal engineers at the end. We have no issue being the specialist on a focused piece of work inside a larger program.
